Jen is a wife, daughter, friend, and mother who prefers to eat dessert first because life is unpredictable.  She has successfully avoided fame for 50 years and currently serves as the Director of Academics and Student Services of Bauman College, an online Holistic Chef and Nutrition school.  She thinks Nature is pretty neat and has a fondness for Muppets, especially the weird ones.
