K-3 OWL Sexuality Education Info & Registration 

UUCSC is offering a 9-session, Sunday AM course for children ages 5-8 called “Bodies, Boundaries & Families.” 

Children have a great interest in the human body, and the highly-acclaimed OUR WHOLE LIVES (OWL) curriculum helps trusted adults to share accurate, age-appropriate information with those curious minds. 

Enrolling a child in the upcoming K-3 OWL Program at UUCSC has ripple effects. The clear information a child learns not only empowers care and safety with their own body, but it strengthens a child’s ability to refute misinformation with their peer group. 

Orientation and Session Schedule:

Saturday, December 5th, 2026, 4:00 - 5:30pm

• Mandatory Parent & Child Orientation

Our congregation has four trained K-3 OWL facilitators with two teaching each of the student sessions. The sessions are: “Our Wonderful Bodies,” “Bodies and Gender,” “Families,” “How Babies Begin,” “Pregnancy & Birth,” and “Babies.” 

The class is best with enough children so that a robust time is had by all, so register early AND help us recruit other interested families.
