A Unified Message from the Board of Trustees of the Unitarian Universalist Church of Studio City

As Unitarian Universalists, we subscribe to a series of principles; two of which are “the inherent worth and dignity of all people” and “the goal of world community with peace, liberty, and justice for all.”

With those principles in mind, the Unitarian Universalist Church of Studio City wants to make it perfectly clear that we find the beliefs and actions of white supremacists, the Ku Klux Klan, Nazis, and white nationalists not only abhorrent but contrary to everything we as Unitarian Universalists believe. We unequivocally condemn these groups and all that they represent; there is no room in our society for bigotry and hate.

We remain in solidarity with all marginalized people; including people of color, people of the Jewish faith, and others. We commit to continue working alongside others protecting the civil rights of the people these groups wish to destroy.
